Willenhall Primary Care Centre-1 doctors' surgery in Coventry provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service.
At Willenhall Primary Care Centre, our goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional medical & nursing care of high quality. We hope you will find this website a useful source of information and advice about the services we offer our patients and the team that provides them.
We operate from modern premises, which are equipped to a high standard and provide access
WEDNESDAY 24TH FEBRUARY 2021 - PLT AFTERNOON CLOSURE NOTICE
Our surgery will be closed for staff training from 1pm to 6:30pm and will reopen the following morning at 8:30am
If however, your call is urgent and cannot wait please call the out of hours patient line on 0300 130 3040 or 0118 990 2140 (or hold the line and you will be transferred automatically)
The GP out of hours cannot help with; Routine surgery appointments, repeat prescriptions , fit notes, test results or any other routine GP enquiry, this service is for urgent GP call backs and appointments only
A call handler will take your details and arrange for a Clinician to call you back. If your call is life threatening, then please dial 999. Alternatively, please call back tomorrow.
Notice to our patients - (Practice remains OPEN during the Covid-19 Pandemic)
Everyone at Willenhall Primary Care Centre is keen that you know that we remain OPEN during the coronavirus pandemic, despite our doors being locked. We are looking after many of our patients over the telephone, and have access to video consulting, to help protect you. We will still see patients face to face if we feel this is necessary. We are open and we want you to get in touch if you need to.
This is particularly important if you have a new or potentially serious problem.
This might include (amongst others)
* a new lump (eg breast or testicle)
* severe pain
* a possible stroke
* chest pain that you think could be your heart
* bleeding when you go to the toilet
* a mole that is changing
* a mental health crisis
However, if your problem is longstanding and not changing (perhaps the sort of thing you would book several weeks in advance for), please consider if you need to contact us at the moment.
