Travel Health

  • Additional InformationOur nurses are trained to provide this service for adults and children as well as advising on health issues for travel overseas. Please make your appointment at least six weeks before your trip to allow for immunisations to be planned and any queries to be addressed. We are also a designated Yellow Fever centre.

  • Additional InformationThey can offer one to one information, advice and support if you are helping to look after someone who could not manage otherwise without your help. They help people of any age from 5 years upwards and you can be looking after anyone with any condition whether it is physical, mental health, addiction and substance issues, learning difficulties, autism, elderly and frail etc. If you would like to book an appointment speak to reception.

New Patient Checks

  • Additional InformationOnce you have filled out the new patient questionnaire form you will attend a new patient check. Janette does your height, weight and blood pressure and gets you put onto the system. After this appointment you are able to make appointments with the Doctors and Nurses at the surgery.

NHS Health Checks

  • Additional InformationFree NHS health checks are for people aged between 40-74 who haven't already been diagnosed with Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart problems, Stroke, Chronic Kidney Disease, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Hypercholesterolemia or take statins. If you would like to have a free NHS health check and are eligible ring reception to get booked in.
